Frames in Motion is the brainchild of Seattle-based singer, guitarist, and songwriter Jack Shriner. A musical omnivore, Shriner writes multi-layered, harmony-rich music that merges elements of folk rock, indie-pop, prog, and neo-psychedelia. After collaborating many years with bassist and backing vocalist Matt Butler and drummer David Solomon, Jack’s current full-band lineup is a four-piece including Seattle artists Owen Ladner on keyboards and vocals, Jon Fickes on bass and vocals, and Sam Veatch on drums, with Shelley Weiss contributing on viola and violin in the studio.
